Todd Stephens has over 25 years experience in the homebuilding industry, running south Florida homebuilding operations as Division President for EH Building Group and WCI Communities. Prior to relocating to Florida, Todd lived in Atlanta, Georgia and ran successful development and homebuilding operations for John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods for over 12 years. Throughout his carreer, Todd has been instrumental in producing award-winning homes and communities such as Heron Bay, Parkland Golf and Country Club, Harbour Point Yacht club, Woodmont Golf and Country Club, and Reunion to name a few.
